Chrystale illustrates the artwork and Jeremy designs the pieces. The materials consist of recycled bamboo from Shrapnel Design’s hand crafted portfolios as well as stainless steel and aluminum, reflecting melk’s curiosity about the symbiosis of the natural and manufactured worlds. The artwork is then burned or etched onto the medium, making each a unique piece.
